Jeff Brawand | Co-Founder
Jeff graduated from the Carl H. Lindner Honors-PLUS program at the University of Cincinnati's College of Business having received his major in finance and minors in international business and German. Jeff is currently on the board of Generation Green, a division of the Georgia Conservancy as well as the board of the Cincinnati Swiss Club, while also attending and planning service events through Delta Air Lines. He is fluent in Swiss-German and English. He won the “New Venture Plan” Competition in 2006 from the University of Cincinnati with JavaSoil and decided to pursue it after becoming more familiar with the Atlanta area and environmental issues.
Matt Nusnbaum | Co-Founder
Matthew graduated from Duke University in 2005 and is currently a graduate student studying neuroscience and chemoreception at Georgia State University. He first got interested in organic agriculture after working on an organic farm in Savannah, GA that is designed to employ and feed the homeless and needy. Since then, he has spent time learning about the organic movement and what its needs are. He has managerial experience in working at a student run start-up at Duke University that provides delivery service for local restaurants to the college campus.
